Who We Are
We are two like-minded individuals, Ella from London and Bejoy from Kerala. Although we originate from very different worlds, we share the same passion for travel, uniting East and West. This perfect combination means you’re guaranteed an authentic experience of India, while your personal comfort is paramount.
The properties, adventures and activities we suggest are purposefully chosen to focus on just a few locations in the state of Kerala. Our handpicked, individual and ‘off the beaten’ track experiences are unique, delivering that ‘certain something’ that’s so difficult to find in an increasingly homogenous world.
Kerala
This state is in the South of India, nestled between the Arabian Sea and the Western Ghats. You can experience constantly changing vistas of white sandy beaches, shimmering backwater trails, unspoilt paddy fields, lush spice plantations, thick green jungles and serene, restful landscapes. Kerala is an enchanting, diverse state that truly deserves its title of ‘God’s Own Country’.

Pack Your Passport was born out of our passion for finding charming, life-enhancing, unexpected experiences with that ‘certain something’ that escapes us in our everyday lives.
After many hours trawling through generic travel websites, only to be left unsatisfied, we took to the road and created on our own trip to discover what we have always been searching for. That is, the most unique, intimate and charming properties. Special places to cherish special moments. Off the beaten track activities. And life affirming experiences. All in Kerala. Some already known. Others yet to be uncovered.
During our road trips across Kerala, we camped under the stars, walked with temple elephants, fished for our supper with the local fisherman, climbed coconut trees to tap for our own toddy, visited authentic, artisan handicraft workshops, and tried and tasted every Keralan curry under the sun. These are the unforgettable moments we’d like to share.

Our experiences
Our portfolio includes a tree house and a luxurious lodge overlooking the tea estates in Munnar, an idyllic bungalow by the bay in Varkala, a charming heritage guesthouse in Fort Kochi, a secluded cottage set in the heart of the spice plantations in Thekkady and a boutique hideaway on the banks of the backwaters of Alleppey.
