Pack Your Passport is a travel planning service only.We make arrangements on your behalf directly with accommodation, transport and activity providers. Pack Your Passport cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or activity providers or services. By making a booking with us you confirm the acceptance of this.
These Terms and Conditions cover Pack Your Passport. Throughout, the terms “the company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pack Your Passport and any companies or people appointed to operate Pack Your Passport.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the website, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Conditions of Access
Access to the site is free, but personal details are required to make bookings. Liabilities
Pack Your Passport is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of God, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for death, accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Travellers should seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage’s & personal property are the traveller’s responsibility
Excursions and Activities
Pack Your Passport are not responsible for the provision of the excursion, tour or activity or anything that may happen during the course of its provision by the operator. We do not accept any liability in relation to any such excursion, tour or activity and these Booking Conditions do not apply to them.
Local Health & Safety Standards
You should be aware that it is the standards and health and safety requirements of the country in which the services which make up your travel arrangements are provided which apply and not those of the United Kingdom. These standards will be different to those of the United Kingdom and may sometimes be lower.
